GOVERNMENT REQUIREMENTS
Spend less time managing government reporting with practical support from Valley Business Centre. We organize the agreed reporting work and confirm the government payment amounts due, while you stay in control of making those payments.
We use automated deadline tracking to keep your reporting schedule organized so you never miss a deadline. For the obligations we agree to support, you provide timely information and approvals and make payments by their due dates.
We support businesses across Metro Vancouver, Whistler, Squamish and the Sea to Sky Corridor.

Reporting and payment requirements we support
- GST and BC PST returns
- WorkSafeBC payroll reporting
- Corporate tax instalment payment support
- Payroll deductions, including tax withheld from employee pay
Returns and reports
We track the agreed deadlines and prepare and file the GST and PST returns, WorkSafeBC reports and payroll reports included in your service. We tailor our support to the accounts you need help with and the work already handled by your business or accountant.
Corporate tax instalments
For scheduled corporate tax instalments, we help track the payment dates and confirm the scheduled amounts to pay. Instalment payment support is separate from corporate income tax return (T2) preparation and filing. The final annual tax amount may differ from the scheduled instalments.
Questions about filings and payments
Who makes the government payments?
You make government payments from your own bank account. VBC does not access your bank accounts.
Can you work alongside our accountant?
Yes. We can agree which reporting and filing tasks you need us to handle, taking account of the work your accountant already does.
Can you also handle employee payroll?
Yes. Once we receive approved payroll information, we handle the payroll work, including employee setup, pay preparation and T4 slips. We also prepare Records of Employment (ROEs), when required.
Take recurring reporting off your to-do list.
